About Our Company
The partners of NDL Investments have been investing in real estate projects since the late 1990s. The projects are located in Brazil, mainly in the Federal District, but there are also investments in Rio de Janeiro and the northeastern region. In total, they have built 3,260 real estate units: apartments, commercial offices, and shops.
In their pursuit of diversification, NDL Investments is carrying out its first real estate project in Belgium.
The founders of NDL Investments are: Pedro de Oliveira (Brazilian, civil engineer and MBA from Leuven) and Lydia Vandormael (Belgian, industrial engineer).
